Recently found book that gives good explanation of glycemic index. Writer tells about her weight loss experience but really goes into detail on how to eat properly. Name of book is Change Everything by Jill Ayala and can be found at http://www.authorhouse.com/BookStore/ItemDetail~bookid~51609.aspx
